Museum of Islamic Art

The Museum of Islamic Art is located at end of a 7-kilometer-long Corniche in Doha, Qatar. It is publicly opened on 22 November 2008. Museum of Islamic Art holds on Qatari seafaring in the past. A new director Julia Gonnella join in September 2017. One of the world’s best collections of Islamic artifacts, with complete items originating in Egypt; Iraq, Spain, Iran, India, Central Asia, and Turkey. The Museum represents Islamic art from three continents over 1,400 years. And includes most collections of ceramics; woodwork, metal work, textiles, and jewelry, from the 7th to the 20th century.

The Katara Cultural Village

The Katara is a cultural village located in Doha, Qatar. It was opened in November 2015 at the Doha Tribeca Film Festival.
